Ashton Sound and Communications, Inc., believes in the importance of supporting affiliate organizations. This relationship provides on going company educational opportunities and help to participate in new code legislation. We are proud to be a member of the following organizations.

NFPA - National Fire Alarm Protection Association - NFPA serves as the world's leading advocate of fire prevention for all industries and is the authoritative source of public safety. Their mission is to reduce the world wide burden of fire and other hazards on the quality of life by providing and advocating scientifically proven codes and standards, research, training and education.

AFAA-   Automatic Fire Alarm Association- AFAA is the only national trade organization dedicated to representing the automatic fire detection and alarm systems industry.  The association is commented to influencing codes and education at all segments of the industry. Members participate in the promulgation for NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code , NFPA Life Safety 101, and NFPA 70 National Electrical Code.

NBFAA- National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association-   This association is the nation's oldest and largest organization dedicated to representing, promoting, and supporting the electronic life safety field. This entity brings together the top companies representing sales, manufacturing, installation, service and monitoring, thus focusing on the varying needs of all the market sectors.

OBFFA-  Ohio Burglar and Fire Alarm Association -   Much like the NBFAA,  The Ohio Association brings together the member contractors for support of local needs.
