Our Standard New Systems Warranty has always been one year on labor and materials.
The warranty period begins on the date of first customer use.
During the warranty period all revisions, adjustments, or repairs must be performed by a certified Ashton employee.
If your equipment is installed in a furnished equipment rack, you will not have access to the rear of the rack during the first year.
Prior to the end of the original warranty period you will be contacted by an Ashton Representative and offered an extended Service or Maintenance contract.
Many equipment manufacturers now offer extended warranties on their specific equipment. We always honor these extensions. However, this does not include service labor or trip charges.
Some extended warrantees offer reduced labor and reduced after hours service charges.
Certain extended warranties guarantee a replacement piece of equipment will be available to immediately repair your defective equipment.
We offer warranties on some older exiting equipment including that of other manufacturers.
